Hey Girl came into our rescue program on August 18, 2018. Hey Girl came into our rescue program from the Coal County Sheriff's Office as a cruelty case along with 2 other horses. Hey Girl is estimated to be 9 years of age. Hey Girl is emaciated and a body score of a 1. She was infested with internal/external parasites. Hey Girl's feet were in horrible condition and lacked serious farrier care. Hey Girl is a sweet girl but tends to be a bit aloof. Hey Girl is halter broke and broke to lead. Hey Girl has a long road of recovery ahead of her. We will update as she improves. Please consider making a donation towards Hey Girl's Rehabilitation.

Hey Girl was picked for our 8th Annual Blaze's Ride to the Rescue Trainer Challenge. She was chosen by Trainer Jocelyn Payne. Jocelyn will be working with Hey Girl for the next 120 days, turning Hey Girl into a dependable riding companion. Jocelyn will be going against 13 Trainers in our Trainer's Challenge. Competition is set for May 4th, 2019 at the Heart of Oklahoma, Shawnee Expo Center, Shawnee, Oklahoma. Blaze's Ride to the Rescue Trainer Challenge. Hey Girl will be available for adoption throughout the competition on May 4th, 2019 through an all day silent auction. Hey Girl is a sweet girl and loves attention. Hey Girl has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, teeth floating and hoof maintenance. Hey Girl has also been freeze branded for her protection. If you are interested in adopting Hey Girl, please submit an adoption application and get your pre-approved status, in order to adopt Hey Girl or one of our other Rescued Horses competing on May 4th, 2019.

Available for Adoption on May 4th, 2019 to pre-approved adopters through a Silent Auction. All bids start at $800.00 on the day of the event only. The day of the event will be the only opportunity to adopt a horse with over $3000.00 of training alone, for the starting bid of $800.00. If the horses do not get adopted the day of the event, the adoption fee will be higher once brought back to our facility.

Update May 5, 2019 Hey Girl has received 120 days of training and waiting for her forever, loving home. Hey Girl is a super sweet girl, loves attention and is ready for a family to continue working with her and advance further under saddle. Hey Girl loads in a trailer and she stands for the farrier. She would make someone an excellent horse. Hey Girl has a current negative coggins, up to date on vaccinations, deworming, teeth floating and hoof maintenance. Hey Girl has been adopted to a wonderful family in Guthrie, Oklahoma. Hey Girl is going to be extremely well loved and spoiled rotten in her forever home. We are thrilled that this sweet girl found the forever, loving family she deserves where she will be showered with love and attention.

We do maintain full time jobs, so we are not always available on weekdays. Please be patient with us and we will return your call/email as soon as possible.
